i had 1 day in cancun, spending my time here lovely. huge units with view on the ocean. everything seemed perfect, clean. excellent service and good value.

It is a well-maintained property located in Hotel district just next door to shopping center and restaurants. The staff are helpful people. The best stay with a good swimming pool.

We loved our classic double rooms and the staff was dismissive! Lots of supplies in the room: satellite television, coffee facilities and two windows. A kind of flawless service. The location was unique, at a moderate distance from mandala beach club. Food in the rooftop bar was outstanding.

The bathroom was very basic and there also were not very good views.

We loved the hotel and Cancun, had 2 pleasant days there. The staff was customer-facing, took good care of everyone. They gave us a suite with comfortable beds. Utensils and cutlery worked well.

Absolutely nice stuff, favourable location, luxe hotel. We had a diamond junior suite, and we loved it. The cocktail bar in the venue had lots of tasty martini and cocktails throughout the day. Moreover, free Wi-Fi worked throughout the property.
